Autumn Equinox Sound Bath Puja with Cacao and Fire Ceremony

All Night Sound Healing Gong Bath, held deep in the heart of the south downs national park. Safe and secure, a night of ultimate self-care.
A Puja is an ancient ceremony of worship and spiritual celebration often performed at significant times of the year. Our Puja sound healing journeys last 11 hours and take place throughout the night whilst the participants experience transformative sleep with healing frequencies.
An opportunity to be held in Ceremony for an entire night at our beautiful sanctuary, deep in the heart of the south downs national park. Bathed in sound frequency, you will experience healing on a deep cellular level. The event will be hosted by Martin and Libby, bringing you a truly unique soul experience.
We will start the event with a cacao ceremony and set an intention for the Puja.
A Puja can be deeply restorative, transformational and cleansing for the participant. It can bring about deep relaxation, stress relief, awakening, inner peace, improved sleep, a calmer mind, reduced anxiety, opening intuition, balancing hormones, improved immunity, improved concentration, reduce blood pressure, stimulate energy flow, harmonise the chakras, remove negativity and enhance well-being.
The event ends in the morning with a fire ceremony. This will be a ritual of letting go to make space for new intentions for the coming months. When we release what doesn’t serve us, we clear life’s path for a new direction. From there we will settle down for transformative nights sleep. Finishing at 7:30 am with morning herbal tea and sharing for those who wish to stay on.
