New Moon Gong Bath/Sound Journey

Martin & Libby offer an innovative sound healing journey where you will experience the tranquil and relaxing sound vibrations of a beautiful Gong bath and other sound healing instruments. Sound Healing can have powerful healing properties.

In their beautiful roundhouse, Libby and Martin have created a safe and welcoming space which supports deep transformation and peace. They use a number of different sacred sound healing instruments to bring about deep relaxation and rejuvenation to the participants.

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and cushions for your own comfort. But don’t worry if you don’t have these we can provide them. Please come in comfortable warm clothes and bring some water.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins in order to get comfortable.

The Sound Healing will be held in the roundhouse which is at the back right-hand side of the site.

Please note, Sound Healing and Gong Baths are not recommended during pregnancy, if you have a life-limiting condition, a pacemaker, suffer from seizures, or any sound-sensitive condition. Please check before booking if you have any concerns about your health.
