11:00 AM – Gong Demonstration
Experience a live gong bath and observe the various styles and approaches used in sound healing.
11:30 AM – Techniques and Playing Styles
Hands-on session covering striking techniques, rhythm, and intuitive flow.
12:30 PM – Lunch Break
1:30 PM – Introduction to Flumes and Sound Textures
Learn how to incorporate flumes and complementary tools to create layered soundscapes.
2:30 PM – Benefits of Gong Healing
Understanding the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic effects of gong vibration.
3:00 PM – Grounding
Practices to ground you to the Earth's energies. This is used in both preparing and closing both personal and group sessions.

Gentle movement and breath to prepare the body for practice.
10:30 AM – 1-to-1 Gong Healing: Demonstration & Practice
Witness a live 1-to-1 healing session, followed by paired student practice with guidance.

1:30 PM – Group Healing Ceremony: Planning & Structure
Learn how to create a sacred container, flow, and intention for group gong sessions.
2:00 PM – Student Group Sound Healing Demonstration
Collaborate in small groups to plan and deliver a mini gong bath with peer feedback.
3:30 PM – Sharing Circle & Integration
Reflections, journaling, and space to ask questions and share experiences.
