Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for any of our 1-2-1 Healing Services. This applies for initial and follow-up sessions plus our packages too. If you do need to cancel, you can then rebook your appointment but if you have booked a 4 session package, your sessions are valid for up to 5 weeks only. If you book a package of 4 sessions for any of our 1-2-1 Healing Services but feel after your first initial healing session that this is not the right option for you, we do offer a partial refund. Please contact us to discuss.
