Libby Runs Yin Yoga Classes every Tuesday 7:30pm-8:45pm. All levels from beginners to advanced are welcome. Libby incorporates the 8 limbs of yoga into her classes, using some breathwork to begin, Yin Yoga sequence and ending with a relaxing meditation.
Libby’s Yoga Bio
In May 2017 Libby gained 250 hours TT with the abode yoga school in Bali and has since been teaching yin yoga, Breathwork, energy work and meditation.
Libby studied at the Abode yoga school as it had a huge enfaces on the spiritual and philosophical side of yoga, which is embodied within the eight limbs of yoga. These eight steps act as a guideline on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life.
Libby teaches Yin yoga, Breathwork, Chakras, energy work and different types of meditations.
